Discuss House on Haunted Hill

Stars Vincent Price, Richard Long, Elisha Cook Jr., Carolyn Craig. Today is the day after the late Vincent Price's birthday. Directed by gimmick master, William Castle, who used "Emergo" for something to jump out at 1959 theater audiences. A remastered, sharp print is used on the Svengoolie Show, which is much better than some of the blurry prints used on retro channels.

Over one thousand posts are typically made in Svengoolie's Blog created for each week's show.

Preceded by two hours of Three Stooges short films (except at the Chicago station, which airs last week's movie in that time slot.)

This film can be seen for free without Svengoolie's antics on Tubi, Pluto, Roku and free on other subscription services.

I remember seeing it on a Triple feature with The 4-D Man & The Thing That Couldn't Die at the drive-in was I was 7. It was the ONLY time I was ever frightened by a movie/movies.
