Album Wish You Were Here, vydané v září 1975, bylo následovníkem celosvětově úspěšného alba The Dark Side Of The Moon a mnoho fanoušků, stejně jako členů kapely Richarda Wrighta a Davida Gilmoura, ho uvádí jako své nejoblíbenější album Pink Floyd. Po vydání se dostalo hned na první příčku ve Velké Británii i v USA a obsadilo přední příčky hitparád v mnoha dalších zemích po celém světě. Tento pořad vypráví o vzniku tohoto přelomového alba prostřednictvím nových rozhovorů s Rogerem Watersem, Davidem Gilmourem a Nickem Masonem a archivních rozhovorů se zesnulým Richardem Wrightem. Vystupují také designér obalu Storm Thorgerson, hostující zpěvák Roy Harper, Ronnie Rondell, který vypaloval přední stranu obalu, a další lidé, kteří se podíleli na vzniku alba. Des interviews exceptionnelles de Roger Waters, David Gilmour et Nick Mason, et de leurs collaborateurs – comme Storm Thorgerson, concepteur de la pochette – sont complétées d’archives, notamment un entretien avec Richard Wright, décédé en 2008.

Also featured are sleeve designer Storm Thorgerson, guest vocalist Roy Harper, front cover burning man Ronnie Rondell and others involved in the creation of the album. In addition, original recording engineer Brian Humphries revisits the master tapes at Abbey Road Studios to illustrate aspects of the songs construction.
