This is some kind of bizarre coming of age-slapstick-romantic-drama-comedy-absurdist movie with a twist of incest. If you put a newspaper into a blender then mixed that into papier mache and sculpted a life-like banana then fed that banana to a cow then waited until the cow pooped out the papier mache banana then used that dung for fertilizer to grow a crop of tomatoes... the bugs that came to eat those tomatoes would write a better movie than this. 10/10 purely because what the ffff did I just watch.
