What have Jackson and M'Lynn done about Jack Jr.?

Since Shelby didn't leave a will or whether we know if she left one or not, I was wondering how M'Lynn was gonna help Jackson raise Jack Jr.

I would think a will would not be required; Jackson would have custody of his son.I think M'Lynn and Jackson's Aunt (the one that babysat Jack Jr. & made the Armadilla cake) would help him as much as they could.
