Dédalo Nothing too complex, but for a little bit of space horror, this might wet the whistle.
Movie
September 11, 2013

Willow Creek Meh. You could do worse, but I'd only recommend if you're a massive fan of found footage or bigfoot.
Movie
June 6, 2013

Love in the Time of Monsters So much fun. May become an annual watch for me.
Movie
March 8, 2014

Chupacabra Terror It's a movie, and it has a chupacabra in it. It's also a SyFy original (from before they were SyFy), so take that for what it's worth.
Movie
January 29, 2005

Rites of Vengeance This isn't particularly scary, but it's a good revenge short. Probably cathartic to a decent number of people.
Movie
October 28, 2017

Poison for the Fairies It's a little slow, and by the middle, you'll be wondering how this isn't just a drama, but waiting for the end helps its classification as a horror film quite a bit.
Movie
October 2, 1986

The Addiction Pretentious. The acting saves it from being too much, but it's still pretentious.
Movie
October 4, 1995

Night of the Creeps A crazy horror film that's worth watching again and again.
Movie
August 21, 1986

Spookley the Square Pumpkin Watch it with your kids, maybe. Five or six is probably the cutoff age for this one.
Movie
October 30, 2004

Black Christmas One of the best (and first) slashers out there. Character-driven and even a bit of whodunit.
Movie
December 20, 1974

Creature from the Black Lagoon Great old-school horror movie. The tension is high, and the score is beyond incredible.
Movie
March 5, 1954

Dracula Fairly tense, but overall, it's just missing something to make it pop. It paints by the numbers, which is fine with a character concept as strong as Dracula, but that's where it ends--fine.
Movie
May 8, 1958

The Backwater Gospel The animation style is incredibly unique, and for a short, it packs in a ton in ten minutes.
Movie
February 15, 2011

The Babysitter This feels like a movie people are either going to love or hate, and I downright loved it. It's over the top, and not necessarily in a funny way, on purpose. It honestly reminds me a bit of a comic book.
Movie
October 13, 2017

Un Chien Andalou It's nothing, which means it could be anything, sure, but for me, it just stayed nothing.
Movie
June 5, 1929

Macabre An interestingly animated short without any dialog to speak of.
Movie
November 15, 2015

Movie
September 21, 2017

Movie
February 25, 2014

Movie
January 13, 1939
