Tre episodi, legati tra loro dal cast (ma con personaggi differenti) e da situazioni ricorrenti. Nel primo episodio un impiegato viene incaricato dal suo capo di uccidere un uomo: fallisce nel tentativo ed è costretto ad adottare stratagemmi sempre più assurdi per riparare il danno. Nel secondo un poliziotto è convinto che la moglie, scomparsa per mesi e poi ritornata dopo un viaggio, sia stata sostituita da una sosia. Nel terzo due adepti di una setta sono alla ricerca di una donna che ha il potere di restituire la vita ai morti.
