Als die kleine Chihiro mit ihren Eltern während eines Ausflugs einen dunklen Tunnel durchquert, ahnt sie noch nicht, was sie auf der anderen Seite erwarten wird. Zu allem Übel muss Chihiro dann auch noch feststellen, dass sich ihre Eltern in Schweine verwandelt haben und sie selbst plötzlich unsichtbar zu werden scheint...

1955. Kitaro's father, Medama Oyaji, comes to Yagura Village in search of his missing wife. The village was ruled by the Ryuga clan, which controls Japan's political and business circles behind the scenes. Mizuki, who works at a blood bank, visits the village with a secret mission to mourn the death of the head of his family, and meets Kitaro's father. While an ugly fight unfolds over the succession of the head of the family, a member of the family is brutally murdered at the village shrine. It was the beginning of a terrifying chain of events.

Mitsumi is entrusted to wake up the divine youkai "Iwatetsu" from its deep slumber. Mitsumi weighs on Natsume's mind, so he sets out to help Mitsumi with his task.
In "Ayashiki Raihousha," a mysterious visitor appears in front of Tanuma. Nearly every day, the visitor visits Tanuma, talks to him a little, and then leaves. Natsume, who knows the visitor is a youkai, worries for Tanuma, but Tanuma enjoys these exchanges with the youkai. The youkai means no harm, but Tanuma's health slowly starts to deteriorate.
In dieser OVA geht es um ein in sich abgeschlossenes Abenteuer von Natsume und Madara, die auf ein sehr seltenes und eigenartiges Geisterwesen treffen und es bei seiner mysteriösen Suche nach einem unbekannten Ding unterstützen. Es scheint als ob das Geisterwesen dieses ominöse Ding sehr dringend benötigt. Erschwert wird die Suche dadurch, dass das Geisterwesen vergessen hat, um was für ein Ding es sich eigentlich handelt.
Zwei Jahre sind vergangen, seit Bem, Bela und Belo verschwunden sind. Bem lebt jetzt das Leben seiner Träume mit Frau und Kindern. Nur hat er einen neuen Namen und keine Erinnerung an seine Vergangenheit als humanoides Monster. Ist das wirklich Familienglück oder etwas Unheimliches?
