16 and Pregnant è una serie televisiva di realtà americana che ha debuttato l'11 giugno 2009 su MTV. Segue le storie di ragazze adolescenti incinte al liceo che affrontano le difficoltà della gravidanza adolescenziale. Ogni episodio presenta un'adolescente diversa, con l'episodio che in genere inizia quando ha 4 ¹⁄2 - 8 mesi di gravidanza. L'episodio di solito termina quando il bambino ha pochi mesi.
