チャールズはパニック障害の患者プリヤについてエルサから相談を受ける。パニック発作の引き金となるような言葉を録音して歌に変換し、ネガティブなイメージを払拭するという趣旨のスマホアプリをプリヤに紹介したいというのだ。チャールズは却下するが、エルサは悩むプリヤを見かねてアプリを紹介。プリヤはアプリを試す途中で馬鹿馬鹿しくなり、処方外の時間に抗うつ剤を飲んで発作を起こしてしまう。
