When I watch the "Pilot" and, without knowing all that transpired in between, immediately skip to the last scene of S4E08 "Dr Adrian Shaw: Conclusion" where Liz and Tom are together with their baby, the story seems so simple. FBI agent Elizabeth Keen is concerned about her husband Tom who is badly injured. She blames Reddington for this. After solving the case in the "Pilot" all's well that ends well and Tom is back home with Liz. Reddington is forgiven and visits them. He holds Agnes in his arms. They're happy. The End.
