I like seeing him becoming a badass, in his unique way. What he did was remarkable, especially for him. That was more of a Captain Kirk than a Captain Picard move, and it worked because he had to do it.

So, will he have to choose: Samar or Elise?

I like Elise a lot, but is she going to be on the show more? If so, I hope something does happen...this time genuine. I've haven't been able to look at Samar the same after she slept with Ressler, and even more so after she betrayed the team a few episodes ago. So definitely...if she's sticking around..Elise.

This. Nothing bothers me more then that in this show....he shouldn't even want her anymore. I wouldnt. They had to ruin her character like that. It was a pity ****.

I wish they would stop stop having him acting stupid goofy all the time. Every time there is some crisis during which Cooper needs some information, Aram comes up with it. But he always acts as though he is oblivious to how time critical the information is. He always goes through that goofy bit where he kind of laughs, and starts leisurely explaining some trivial tangential explanation of how he discovered the information. And Cooper always has to say "ARAM". Then Aram does his "Oh, right..." and then tells him the information. I get that he is a genius and geniuses often are not on the same page as everyone else. I tested into Mensa myself so I get it. But damn, they really use that same trope over and over, way too much. It makes Aram seem just a bit too goofy.

I think the same thing, but then they almost always show Liz and she's smiling, so perhaps it's a hidden comic relief for the team they need for which Aram is, as you said, oblivious.
