En Conan ha descobert la veritat i està disposat a ajudar la seva segrestadora a trobar la persona que busca: el tercer còmplice de l'atracament del banc. Mentrestant, en Kogoro, la Ran i en Toru entren a l'ordinador de l'home que ha aparegut mort a l'agència i hi troben l'adreça d'una dona. El doctor Agasa i l'Ai Haibara, amb l'ajuda d'en Subaru Okiya, continuen intentant localitzar en Conan amb les ulleres rastrejadores.

带走柯南的女子真名是蒲川情奈，她是被三名强盗杀害的银行员贤也的女友，为了替贤也复仇的她一再犯下罪行。同一时间小五郎等人借助安室的推理逐渐逼近事件的真相，并马上前往最后一位抢劫犯的住处，另外阿笠博士和世良等人也赶了过来，而柯南已经跟着情奈前往可能是最后一位抢匪的三位女性那里。

Conan stops feigning his sleep and tells his kidnapper she is actually Serina Urakawa and that Kei Katshitsuka was the dead man at the agency; his deduction stemmed from a phone call to Shouno's relatives to find out the identity of his girlfriend. Conan explains that Katshitsuka and the man in the apartment were two of the three robbers. Urakawa learned from Shouno that Katshitsuka was one of the robbers. When visiting his apartment, she meets the second robber whom she killed in self-defense. After learning that Katshitsuka plans on meeting with Kogoro to find out which locker the money was hidden in, she attempts to interrogate him and fashions his murder as a suicide by drugging him, placing the gun in his hands, and pulling the trigger with a string. As for the third robber, Urakawa plans on visiting the three female contacts found on Katshitsuka's phone to determine which one is the culprit.

Trois groupes sont à la recherche de Conan, enlevé par une criminelle: Kogorō, Ran et Amuro d'un côté, la détective Sera Masumi de l'autre, ainsi que Haibara Ai, le professeur Agasa et Subaru dans une autre voiture. Le jeune détective est cependant plus conscient de sa situation qu'il n'en laisse paraître et, contre toute, attente, va enquêter avec sa ravisseuse.

圭の本当の名前は浦川芹奈。銀行強盗犯に殺害された賢也の妹ではなく、同じ銀行に勤めていた彼女だった。芹奈は強盗犯３人に復讐しようと計画。事務所のトイレで発見された本物の圭は強盗犯の１人だった。強盗犯を倫子、栄絵、隆代という３人の女性に絞り込んだ芹奈。コナンは芹奈と３人の自宅を訪ねるが…。

케이의 본명은 우라카와 세리나였으며 은행 강도에게 살해당한 켄야의 여동생이 아닌 같은 은행에 근무하던 직원이었다. 세리나는 강도 3명에게 복수하기 위해 계획을 세웠으며 탐정사무소 화장실에서 발견된 진짜 케이는 은행 강도들 중 한 명이었다. 코난은 세리나가 자살로 가장하고 케이를 살해했다고 추리하는데 케이의 멘션에서 사체로 발견된 몸집이 작은 남자도 강도였다. 마지막 강도를 찾아내려고 3명의 여성에게 접근하는 코난은 세리나와 그 세 명의 집을 방문하기로 한다.

Kei Kashitsuka ha secuestrado a Conan y se ha quedado dormido cuando le ha dado somníferos. La situación cambia drásticamente cuando Conan le dice a Kei que sabe que ella es la asesina y que había vertido el zumo porque sospechaba de sus malas intenciones. Misteriosamente, Conan se alía con Kei para descubrir la identidad del tercer ladrón. Paralelamente, Kogoro, Ran y Amuro investigan por su cuenta el caso e intentan rescatar a Conan. Además Ai Haibara y el profesor Agasa rastrearán junto con Subaru Okiya la localización de Conan con las gafas de seguimiento. Esto no es todo, ya que Sera también seguirá el coche de Amuro. ¿Chocarán los tres personajes misteriosos?
