Disney+ isn't listed as a streaming source and the option is locked.

The Network field is only for the original network. International broadcasters are never listed.

From the contribution bible:

International co-production

Two or more networks can be added when the series is broadcast simultaneously in the original language AND a) the countries are equal producing partners or b) international networks have a producing or "in association with" credit in the original credits.

In the context of international broadcast with time difference (e.g. US/UK), simultaneously is defined as broadcast the same day.

According to the data, it's a UK production so this section doesn't apply. man_shrugging_tone1

So where can I add that Disney+ is the streaming platform in the US?

Nowhere, really. There is no field to list international/alternative TV broadcaster.

I'm so confused. Classic Doctor Who shows "Watch now on Brit Box" and Doctor Who (2005) says "Watch now on Max," (who didn't produce it). How does TMDB determine where something is streaming and why doesn't it know that Doctor Who (2023) is on Disney+?

Ohh! That's not data contributed to TMDb. It's streaming data provided by JustWatch.

I don't know much about how they work, but they might have difficulty matching the four Disney+ movies entries with the series. You could try filing a report there and explaining the situation. But they should at the very least be able to link to Disney+ once the first season is relased.

Of course! That explains it. JustWatch has the specials listed as standalone movies, but here they're listed as episodes. (I don't know why it's done that way here, but I've given up arguing about it.) I think you're right, the Watch Now button will appear when Series 14 begins on May 10. Thanks for helping me understand.

Of course! Sorry for being so confused! joy

Simply because the BBC has released them as episodes.
