Paw Paws, ook wel bekend als Paw Paw Bears.Een groep kleine beren die in een tribale samenleving leefden. De welpen waren elke dag bezig met het verdedigen van zichzelf tegen hun vijanden, de Meanos, onder leiding van de kwaadaardige tovenaar, Dark Paw. De antagonistbeer en zijn handlangers zaten achter de drie grote houten totems van de Paw Paws aan, Totem Bear, Totem Tortoise en Totem Eagle. De totems dienden ook als beschermers van de stam en kwamen tot leven wanneer dat nodig was door middel van de Mystic Moonstone van prinses Paw Paw, die ze om haar nek droeg, om het dorp te verdedigen.

Paw Paws, sometimes known as Paw Paw Bears, debuted as part of the weekday/weekend morning programming block The Funtastic World of Hanna-Barbera. A group of small bears that lived in a tribal society, the cubs spent every day defending themselves from their enemies, The Meanos, led by the evil sorcerer, Dark Paw. The antagonist bear and his henchmen were after the Paw Paws' three large wooden totems, Totem Bear, Totem Tortoise, and Totem Eagle. The totems also served as the tribe's protectors, coming to life when needed through means of Princess Paw Paw's Mystic Moonstone, which she wore around her neck, to defend the village.

Much like The Smurfs, Shirt Tales, The Snorks, Pound Puppies, or The Biskitts, the bears had names that denoted their personalities—Laughing Paw, Medicine Paw, Bumble Paw, etc. Brave Paw and Princess Paw Paw tended to be the leads, riding into adventures on their magical flying ponies, while aging Wise Paw served as tribal advisor. The mascot of the group was a tiny dog by the name of PaPooch. The cartoon featured the vocal talents of Don Messick, Frank Welker, Scatman Crothers, Ruth Buzzi and Billie Hayes, but it was the 1st HB cartoon that introduce the cartoon world to Susan Blu who went to do the original voice of Arcee in Hasbro's legendary cartoon series The Transformers. Reruns of the show currently air on Boomerang.

A praclik indiánmedvék, akik Praclifalván élnek és indián sátrakban laknak. A praclik főnöke Pracli Papa, aki a faluban hozza meg a döntéseket. Olykor a mancsok gonoszságuk mellett, bizonyos esetekben mégis összetartanak a praclikkal.

Cuenta las aventuras de un grupo de pequeños osos indígenas llamados los Paw Paws que viven en un bosque alejado de la civilización y en donde han establecido una sociedad controlada por la magia, el voodoo y los rituales indígenas. Su aldea es amenazada constantemente por el malvado hechicero Maloso, álias "Zarpa Negra", quien busca el poder absoluto. Por suerte, los Paw Paws, siempre están listos para defender a su pueblo. Los protagonistas principales son Valeroso "Oso Valiente" y la Princesa, acompañados por sus corceles mágicos; Nube veloz y Rayo Dorado.
