ممثل مصري ولد في ١٩ يونية عام ١٩٣٤. بدأ نشاطه الفني في منتصف الستينيات وقدم أدوارا ثانوية مساعدة وتخصص في اداء ادوار الضابط كما أدى جميع الأدوار الخاصة برجال الداخلية بالإضافة لأدوار الطبيب وذلك في السينما والتليفزيون

من أفلامه "النداهه"١٩٧٥ و "جنس ناعم "١٩٧٧ و "اللصوص"١٩٨٠ و " شوادر " ١٩٩٠ و " الغيبوبة "١٩٩٨.

من أعماله التليفزيونية " متاعب المهنة"١٩٧٠ و " صرخة برئ"١٩٧٨ و "احلام الفتى الطائر"١٩٧٨ و "الزوجة اول من يعلم"١٩٨٧.

يمكن رؤيته في دور صبري عبدالفتاح المحامي في فيلم "صاحبك من بختك"١٩٩٠. وهو المأمور في فيلم "خدعتنى امرأة" عام ١٩٧٩.

توفى عبد المنعم النمر في ١ ديسمبر من عام ١٩٩٨.
