Las Vegas native and UNLV film graduate Richard Pierce kickstarted his career by writing the screenplay for the Lionsgate-distributed action film "Sector 4: Extraction." Following a grand prize win in the Six-Figure Screenplay Contest, his script "Friend Request" found a home at MarVista Entertainment and was produced as "Do You Trust Your Boyfriend?" for Lifetime channel. With over a dozen projects for networks like Lifetime, LMN and Tubi, Richard focuses on crafting compelling, original thrillers and action films. He is also a librarian.
