I mean the movie starts with some kind of a home video of Ethan Hawke telling us how much he loves the director and how much he loved working for him. I assume I am not the only one who thought that was foreboding, and sure enough this is one crappy movie. Seems like a lot pointless scenes of Hawke wondering around giving some kind of a asinine "deep" monologue. This looks like some kind of a amateur high school production. Think of those low budget crapfests made in Romania that Steven Seagal etc. keep putting out except it's even lower production standards. They also added a scene of Hawke filming himself to the end of the movie and he says 'And I just watched it, and you just watched it' and after saying that he takes a really long pause just looking around the room like he is thinking "Oh god how did I ever get involved in this mess...."
As far as the title of the movie I think the director is trying to give the viewers a hint. Can't give it a zero, but sure enough it deserves a 1/10.

'Kings of New York' was pretty decent and as far I remember so was 'Bad Lieutenant'. Don't think or remember that Ferrara has put out anything quite remarkable after those movies? Anyways, this movie here is just.......something. Like one of those experimental art films except it seems to be really badly received even for one of those films and on that certain other movie site it seems to be sitting at a 3.2 review score, which is fairly low for those kinds of 'art' films. Heck, I think even those modern Steven Seagal crapfests generally sit somewhere between a 4-5 rating there.

They used to be able to shoot things in a gritty way, without it looking cheap... Detracts a bit...
