Another little device that I think is cool was used for Julia Roberts when she acted in, I believe, the remake of Ocean's Eleven (although it might have been Ocean's Twelve). When the credits rolled, for her they said, "Introducing Julia Roberts." Of course, she had been in plenty of other films before then.

It's a very brief scene and it's just Abomination, no Tim Roth HOWEVER...
