As a HUGE fan of the video game series I was going to see this even if they kept the horrible original design.

I would highly recommend this. The only caveat, if you can call it that...it IS a kid's movie, complete with all of the tropes that go along with it. If that's not a problem, go for it.

Crazy fun to watch. grinning

I thought it was an awesome film. My 11 year old loved it and I loved it. It was also really sharp looking.

This movie was an absolute blast of joy to watch and it has been a tremendous success.

Yes, it's obligatory to watch it in the cinema.

Good luck with that!

As a longtime fan of the video game series, I expected to be disappointed with the film. It wasn't great, and I kinda wanted more out of such an iconic character being introduced to the big screen in a major motion picture. As it stands, it was just okay in my view. I felt like Carrey was just playing Carrey, not Dr. Robotnik. Sonic was clichèd and unoriginal. The humor only once or twice made me laugh, and there just weren't enough ties to the video game series for my liking.

It felt like they made a classic lovable character somewhat unlikable during the first part of the film. Maybe I just wanted more heart and soul out of it, like I got with a film like Wreck It Ralph.

I heard it was surprisingly pretty good

I've already seen it. LOL!

radioactive

good flick for the fam

It's an excellent movie!

Hmmm these movies that get put out with the audiences already kind of figured out for them are interesting. I used to play Sonic the Hedgehog awhile back, but I wouldn't bother to see this.
