Two annoying things in Get Out I forgot to mention...
Jeremy's (the brother) accent... Sounded too urban, like from New Jersey or somewhere unlike the rest of his family
Too many obvious Microsoft product placements... Very heavy handed with the camera lingering over the logos on the phone, laptop, etc...
Yeah, the MSFT product placement was kinda annoying and unrealistic, who the heck use Windows phone? I can understand Surface, but pushing Windows phone in 2016/2017 is definitely scifi even without brain transplants, what are guys in MSFT smoking?
Well, I am a photographer and know a lot of photographers and teach a lot of future photographers and Macs are the industry standard. So yeah.... that did not fly with me.

I use Windows phone. It makes a seamless transition from phone to laptop to desktop. Product placements are hardly new. The only reason one would notice here is that usually it is Apple or other players in the game. Digital 'piracy' is unstoppable. Creators of media need to find new ways of making product turn a profit and if product placement is a part of that, then fair enough. Objecting to product placement because you personally don't like or use that product is silly. If we all did that I'd be faulting half the movies out there because I don't drink coke or other fizzy drinks.
