Nancy having siblings

So it seems all the kids had a sibling during Freddy's original killing spree. If this scene wasn't deleted would it make sense? How could the parents forget them or cover up their history?

I just watched this. I did think it a little strange that they all seemed to be only children.

I think Nancy has one and maybe Glenn. I could picture him having one. Tina's mom seemed to be entertaining guests. Rod not enough known about him.
Also I thought that it was made more stronger in three the original script as other siblings are mentioned.
