Marithé werkt in een opleidingscentrum voor volwassenen. Haar taak is anderen helpen van baan te veranderen en ervoor te zorgen dat ze hun roeping vinden. Op een dag stelt Carole zich voor. Ze woont en werkt in de schaduw van Sam, haar man, een energieke en getalenteerde chef-kok.
