Not as funny as other spoofs of the time, but if you love Casablanca and The Maltese Falcon this one is for you! Lots of goofy jokes like naming Falk's favorite bar "Nix Place." Lol

Is it funnier than Woody Allen's Play It Again, Sam? I seem to recall Allen's film being dryly amusing, and it's from the seventies.

it is better than Sam which I find really missed the mark. However the first hour of CD is the beat then it runs out of steam. Also consider George Segal in The Black Bird
