Hi, the display year is 2010 since theatrical releases (including limited releases) are what we use as default for our release years. The 2008 release date added is a direct to DVD release.

How to get the release to 2008? If no theatrical releases exist for 2008 that will not be possible. But you can investigate and see what you can find out. The other option is to investigate the 2010 release date and see if that one is correct. If you don't have time and energy to investigate, that is fine. If so, we can leave this topic open and see if someone else can help out. Note that IMDb lists a 2008 theatrical release for Taiwan. However, it's always best to come up with another source (not generated from IMDb) to see if that is correct.
