Up was nominated for Best Picture in 2010, and Toy Story 3 was nominated for the award in 2011.
Problem was until Beauty and the Beast filmed was nominated,there WAS no animated section of the Oscars, so it actually got a "normal" Oscar for Best Picture. Up and Toy Story 3 can't get that credit.

Best animated feature was not invented until 2001 but so neat this was nominated for best picture before that.
