On Fair Isle - halfway between Orkney and Shetland - we meet jumper knitter Marie. And we visit the uniquely beautiful Abbey Gardens on the Isles of Scilly and the minute, uninhabited Cockle Island.

All four nations of the UK feature in this edition, with cameras touring the tiny island of Easdale in the Inner Hebrides, Northern Ireland's largest inhabited island, Rathlin, and the Isles of Scilly. Plus, the Welsh island of Bardsey makes an appearance.

We run around all five islands on the Isles of Scilly, meet royalty on Piel Island, get spiritual on Bardsey Island, and visit the unique island of Hirta in the St Kilda archipelago.
