FYI: PBS recently made a change to their website to include episode numbers, they didn't include the numbers before. We were going off TV Guide who have also updated their listing to match the new PBS listing. Due to the setup of TV Guide, archived versions aren't possible. TVDb decided to allow revisionism in this case and have updated their listing to match the new listing. Once I realized this change I stopped updating this show since I know it will be contentious. Wikipedia matches the current order we have here.
TheTVDB is based on the official numbering by NOVA themselves, that's why it was updated. It makes more sense to match the official source. As your current numbering is Plex's DVR is completely broken as are many other DVRs I am sure.

Well yeah, that's what I said. I was just explaining the history, do with it what you will. :)
It's not as simple as that. Changing already established listings, which was based on the best data at the time a year ago, will cause all users with existing data to have to make changes to accommodate the new data.
Yes, short term headache is worth it if it corrects more long term issues. The broken numbering, makes things like the Plex DVR completely useless. Which is worse someone having to correct once or every time the show airs or in my case the show not recording at all because it thinks it already has the new episode because this site shows the incorrect numbering?
