Yeah it looked to me like Mary Pat was hesitating there for a moment and I was thinking, oh shit, Carly has finagled her way out of a bad situation yet again with her mob threats. I was very pleasantly surprised when Mary Pat shoved the syringe into Carly and I was hoping it went straight into Carly's ass

First 3 seasons were a good soap- 4 and 5 tanked- did not even watch 6 and 7.

Oh, wisegal, I am instructing you to finish all 7 seasons. I loved that show. Just finished watching the entire thing for probably the fourth time a few months back on the POP channel. It's also on Netflix streaming. My fave was Roger (John Slattery), then Joan, then Peggy. I really related to Sally because I grew up in the 60s. Anyway, it's worth it to watch it for the writing and the evolution of the characters. It lost its way a bit in the last season because I'm sure they were trying to tie up story lines, but still was really solid. That is all.

I was thinking earlier today how I would have written Carly's showdown with Mary Pat...

After Carly's rants and threats (and I'm sure that people who work at a hospital for the criminally insane are quite used to receiving threats from patients) Mary Pat's should have been:

Oh, Caroline, your belief that Sonny is some badass supercriminal that everyone is really afraid of and intimidated by is just another one of your delusions, in fact, he's a pathetic little pussy wimp, he's a worthless little coward, and we only pretend to be afraid of him to humor you, but now I'm going to make sure that you stay in here until you are cured of that, and all of your other delusions of grandeur.

Yes, it is the hashtag that makes the type large, which makes me wonder how others here were able to post hashtags in normal size font.

Funny, just a few days ago I was watching previews for some mezzo-mezzo horror movie on Netflix called Open House. And sure enough, there's Mary Pat. She works a lot as a character actor. She reminds me of Harriet Sansom Harris, whom I remember from Frasier primarily.

Sometime tomorrow, I'm going to post the following on the official GH Facebook page: "It was great fun seeing Carly sedated and in a rubber room, she deserves so much worse(Hashtag) TeamMaryPat" and see what happens.
