Sort of. If he remembers his old life, Sam and Drew are mostly worried that he could have a previous family and he might go back to them if his feelings are strong enough. I don't think he is worried about losing the last 3 years of memories as Jake Doe/Jason Morgan though.

It'd be stupid if he did since the Navy Seals didn't know anything about it. They would have mentioned that they had a watch on his wife when they thought he was AWOL.
