I was really impressed. Very good series!

I did not see that ending for Nica coming.

It was great how the show handled the LGBT characters as actual humans, instead of them being 1-dimensional, queerbaiting placeholders.

Can't wait for season 2

Actually the LGBT characters were just plain annoying and distracting.

Not sure how that jibes with you also being impressed and finding it a good series, as the LGBT characters are front and center

There are only 2 LGBT characters that are central and one of them is the main character.

He was really annoying but the plot was strong and it had an excellent pace, so I could overlook that character.

I really enjoyed season 1, but season 2 is turning out to be pretty bad. They're stuck at this boring catholic school and the Chucky variants are getting less and less interesting.

And I'm not too crazy about what they did with Glen/Glenda. Glen started off as a boy with a girl alternate personality and now he's a they/them because, well, that's popular right now. They even had to make the license plate on their car they/them just in case you didn't know, and then they have a jerk character disrespect the pronouns who is then immediately killed because messaging.

And then they didn't have the balls to kill off Andy or Kyle. Chucky just seems far less threatening as the show goes along, which sucks because the first season was so good. It's going full Westworld.

Does this at least have the outrageous black humor of the original Childs Play?
