Extra Details: My Synology DS718+ is setup to get the media info and it didn't get the info the 1st day due to there was no 'image' to get or retrieve. It was for the background. On the 2nd day I went back to my DS718+ clicked on get info and the background 'image' was there but my NAS didn't get/retrieve the background image".
This was for episode 5
I ended up manually adding the background image from TMDB
Do you know why this is happening?

Changes and/or updates in the data (including images) on TMDb are not immediately available to third party sites/services due to there being a cache on the API. So, depending on when you check, you might not see the changes or new image right away.
Are you still having this issue? If you are, I suggest you look into support for the DS718+ or post about this in the API support section -- someone will help you faster there. I'm going to close your other reports about this issue.

Yes, for some of the tv series like Family Guy and Young Sheldon I have seen my Synology 718+ not retrieving that media info (image) for an episode or episodes. It happens with others but not often.
