Series Regulars or guest stars

According to CBS

Michelle Hurd, Jeri Ryan, Jonathan Del Arco, Evan Evagora, Santiago Cabrera are series regular, even if they do not appear in every episode. I think they should be listed therefore as series regular for season 1. As this keeps getting change on this site, I think a final decision should be made.

Hi, what matters is how many episodes they are actually part of. If half the episodes, add them as guest stars, if more than that, I suppose season regular is the way to go. From the Contribution Bible:
So there is some room for interpretation, but you get the rough idea.

I understand. But only three out of ten episodes have aired so far. So removing is a bit premature. Especially as they already appeared in episodes and are likeley to appear in the reast.

I do not watch the series, but my first question is: are they actually credited on-screen as series regulars in every episode?
