Extra Details: According to the Official Source (The CW), "Frenemies" should be a part of the Episode Name as well.

Frenemies is a part of the Title Card that comes before the one you attached (it is present under Stargirl), so Frenemies is actually in one of the On-Screen Title Cards.
Moreover, in the case of Season 2 (Summer School), this is the only On-Screen Title Card (there was no specific Episode Sub-Title Card), so in that case, we would need to rely on the Episode Names shown in the Official Source (The CW), not the On-Screen Title Cards showing the Episode Sub-Title (since as mentioned previously, there wasn't one specifically with the Episode Sub-Title).
Thus, shouldn't the Frenemies Episode Names on The CW take precedence over the On-Screen Title Cards?

For Frenemies it is not part of the episode name card. It's attached to the show's opening. So by all means it should be read separately. DC's Stargirl Frenemies which is the season title and then Chapter One The Murder which is the episode title.
Summer School simply does not have episode title cards. It has only the season-specific opening. Which is reflected in the season name field.
Anyway, I'm fine with whatever the mods decide, just wanted to paint the whole picture, as a person who watched the show and edited the series entry on a regular basis.

I see your point, and it is definitely valid and makes sense. I simply wanted to point out what I observed and get an opinion from the mods same as yourself.
Moreover, to be fair, in the Contribution Bible, under Original Title → Sources, there is a mention of the "original on-screen opening credits" being favoured.
Basically, the main question would be: Given what both you and I said in our previous comments, as well as the way the On-Screen Title Cards are written, should Summer School and Frenemies only be used as the Season Name as they are now, or should the Seasons' respective Episode Names also include Summer School and Frenemies?
