故事发生在古老和繁华并存的京都，矢泽信之（杉田智和 配音）所经营的居酒屋阿信坐落在此处，千佳忍（三森铃子 配音）是在店内工作的服务生，两人的搭档行事十分默契。让他们没有想到的是，不知从什么时候起，阿信的大门竟然连接上了异世界阿伊特力亚的入口，每一天，来这里小酌放松的异世界居民们络绎不绝。

　　对生啤有着狂热热爱的汉斯（阿部敦 配音）、个性十分爽朗略微有些不拘小节的尼古拉斯（森久保祥太郎 配音）、外表看上去非常凶恶严肃但实际上很温柔的贝特霍尔德（小西克幸 配音）、斤斤计较的税务官格诺特（津田健次郎 配音），他们聚集在阿信里，共同享受着难能可贵的放松时光。

Experienced head chef Nobuyuki Yazawa and friendly waitress Shinobu Senke run a traditional Japanese izakaya called Nobu—a bar known for serving a tasty array of food and drink. Welcoming any and all customers, the pair strive to showcase Nobu's exclusive menu and provide the best possible experience. However, despite its ordinary appearance, the establishment opens to the heart of Aitheria, a city from a parallel universe. As news of the restaurant's exquisite dishes spreads throughout the lands, Aitherian citizens from various social backgrounds travel to Nobu in search of new and delicious cuisine, bringing with them an empty stomach and riveting stories to tell.

Dans une rue déserte, quelque part à Kyôto, se trouve un bistrot japonais appelé Izakaya Nobu. Mais ce lieu a un secret : son entrée est reliée à un autre monde. Le chef Nobuyuki Yazawa et son serveur, Shinobu Senke, ont décidé de faire des affaires dans cette étrange et lointaine dimension, une ville ancienne connue sous le nom d'Aitheria. Gardes du palais, artisans, marchands ou nobles, tous sont accueillis avec une bière bien fraîche et un délicieux plat à partager...

Nobuyuki Yazawa besitzt und betreibt zusammen mit seiner Kellnerin Shinobu Senke sein Izakaya mit dem Namen Nobu. Auch wenn sich der Hintereingang in der Stadt Kyoto befindet, so führt die Vordertür in eine fremde Welt. Diese erinnert weniger an Kyoto, sondern eher an eine mittelalterliche europäisch erscheinende Welt. Viele der Gäste sind daher auch oft sehr erstaunt über die exotischen und eher ungewöhnlichen Speisen, die im Izakaya Nobu angeboten werden. Das Klientel sind neben Mitgliedern der Stadtwache auch hoch angesehene Adlige der Stadt.

Il racconto si incentra su un Izakaya di Kyoto, il "Nobu". In questo locale dell'antica capitale giapponese c'è una posta che si affaccia su un mondo parallelo. Così, il bar si anima spesso di clienti di questo mondo e di quello che c'è dall'altra parte, tutti riuniti per rifocillarsi con la buona cucina del locale e con l'ottima birra "Toriaezu Nama".

京都の寂れた通りに店を構えた居酒屋「のぶ」は、正面入口がなぜか異世界へと繋がってしまっていた。大将の矢澤信之（やざわのぶゆき）と給仕の千家しのぶ（せんけしのぶ）は、その異世界の街・古都アイテーリアで店を始めることにする。衛兵、職人、商人、貴族......誰でも気軽にちょっと一杯。そんな居酒屋「のぶ」は、今日も通常通り営業中。

Numa rua deserta em algum lugar de Kyoto, há um boteco japonês chamado "Izakaya Nobu." Mas este buraco sujo tem um segredo: sua entrada está misteriosamente ligada a outro mundo! Nobuyuki Yazawa, um chef de cozinha, decidiu abrir um negócio com sua garçonete Shinobu Senke em uma terra distante e misteriosa, na antiga cidade de Aitheria. Guardas do palácio, artesãos, mercadores, nobres... As portas do Nobu estão abertas para acolher a todos, com uma cerveja bem gelada e uma refeição bem quentinha!
