To my mind, this is certainly a career best performance from Sam Worthington, and I'm hard pressed to think of a stronger performance from Paul Bettany either (who is always fantastic). Anyone have anything they can point to as alternatives?
Such a brilliant show this, and these two lead roles carried it so well.

I agree, great performances.
The only issue I had was that Sam Worthington's Fitz character wasn't very likeable. He basically ditched his family and kids, then sold out his only real FBI friend who stuck her neck out to catch the Unabomber. If it wasn't for the senior FBI guys being even more unlikeable, I'm not sure I would have been sympathetic to his character at all
