At last CHRIS is found. It costs so much time to find CHRIS as everyone has adopted the wrong approach to the case. CHIT gives the invitation card to her former classmate SHIRLEY. She learns that SHIRLEY has an argument with her boyfriend SHUN. As SHUN has got married, SHIRLEY urges him to make a decision in their future or she will kill him and herself. Later SHIRLEY is found having fallen down from the roof of a building and she dies. The police believe that she kills herself as she is too confused in her love affairs. In the wedding ceremony of YUNG and CHIT, CHIT is knocked down and faints. She is in a comatose.

CHIT is sent to the casualty. Senior Doctor YIN suspects that CHIT's nerve is suppressed by some abnormal cells of her brain. However treatment is difficult and dangerous. The chance to cure her with operation is low but if there is no further action, she will remain in the comatose forever. Meanwhile CHING leads another doctor BENNY to see CHIT. BENNY is an expert on brain and he discovers that the X-ray film with bad brain cells do not belong to CHIT. CHIT is still unconscious as she is under an anesthetic by an injection. Later YIN resigns and is found dead mysteriously. The police cannot find SHUN. NGAN's wife informs the police that NGAN and SHUN had been blackmailed for one million dollars before NGAN was killed. YUNG suspects that they were threatened by CHOI, who is the husband of their former patient. He did so to avenge his wife's death.

SHUN's corpse is found and a cheque of one million dollars is found in his pocket. CHOI is YUNG's former classmate. KIN tells YUNG his worry. Twenty years ago, KIN used a wire to kill CHOI's bird. As YIN and SHUN were strangled to death by a wire, KIN worries that he will be the next target. CHIT wakes up and she loses her memory. No matter how hard YUNG, tries, he is unable to make her remember him. Meanwhile YUNG discovers that YIN and SHUN were threatened by TAT instead of CHOI. TAT is the husband of another patient of YIN and SHUN. Moreover it is certain that CHOI is innocent as his dead body is found floating in the sea.

The case becomes more complex as of KIN and his wife YIN are found unconscious in KIN's car. As YIN’ has intestine cancer, poison cannot be diluted and at last she dies. KIN is cured and he discloses his plan to avenge and it involves a scandal relating to doctors...
