In the first one, I wrote:
At the moment, TMDb does only allow to contribute the data for original airings -> that's why the data coming from Netflix is not correct for the existing season 1 here on TMDb! Take a look -> season 1 is the whole show as it aired in Spain in 2017 here:

That's all! The whole show! How it aired in Spain last year! Adding a season 2, any season 2 in any language (!), is not necessary because it's complete here!
The big problem for TMDb is: Netflix altered the original episodes (cut scenes, moved scenes, changed music etc.), and TMDb does not support multiple versions of the same episodes. That's why it's impossible to display the correct airing for this show as it happened on Netflix. We are not able to do that -> now, and in the future (!), here on TMDb. It would be, technically, a nightmare to make this happen! (And I don't know any other site who does provide both airings correctly, to be honest.)
If it's 2.) -> I want to wait to add a second season for the 2019 release until we have more facts about the upcoming show. One reason for my reluctance is that all the data for the existing show would vanish from the homepage entirely and put back into all seasons -> which would be kind of sad. My opinion: Let's wait at least until the beginning of 2019 to add the data for the upcoming season.
