In season 1, Brie Bella and Daniel Bryan move in with Nikki Bella and John Cena to help Nikki after her neck surgery. Nikki and Brie's brother JJ and his wife Lauren drop by occasionally with their mom Kathy Colace and her now husband John Laurinaitis.

Season 2 of Total Bellas premiered on September 6, 2017.

In season 2, Nikki Bella and John Cena move in with Brie Bella to help her through her first pregnancy and Daniel Bryan becomes the new general manager of WWE SmackDown Live.

Season 3 of Total Bellas premiered on May 20, 2018.

Season 4 of Total Bellas premiered on January 13, 2019.

Season 5 of Total Bellas premiered on April 2, 2020.

Season 6 of Total Bellas premiered on November 12, 2020.
