I was hoping for maybe an entirely new hero in season 2. Maybe an entirely different organization. Like some CIA operative finds himself in crazy circumstances. But, alas, it looks like if they are set up for more of the same boring stuff.
What a huge waste of time this new show was.

Are they doing another season? This was straight dookie but I had to watch till the end just to see what happened. Maybe next season will focus on the crappy wife and crappy brother dealer. Awful

Oh, I don't know if they got another season. But if they did it will just be a continuation of this anemic setup.
Would be so great if the 24 format was the star and every season was a different cast entirely. Like an ex-marine security guard at a nuclear energy facility during a terrorist state-wide blackout. Or a spy overseas teams up with his nemesis to stop a mutual enemy set in Manila. But no, we get the same stuff warmed over with less salt.

There is no future seasons planned. Though I'm sure sometime we'll get another version of 24.
Let's face it, this version was just a bunch of "Best of hits" from the past seasons, sandwiched into one season, in a not so compelling fashion.
I'm not sure if there wasn't a single plot point we hadn't seen before in this incarnation of 24.
