Los Héroes se preparan para lanzar un ataque contra el Frente de Liberación Paranormal, el nuevo grupo organizado ahora liderado por Tomura Shigaraki y que planea acabar con todo el orden establecido.

La búsqueda del doctor responsable de los Nomus sigue en marcha, y tras varios robots y suplentes es la violenta Mirko, la Héroina Profesional Coneja, la que da con él y combate contra unos poderosos Nomus especiales.

La clave para la operación es Twice, y Hawks lo sabe, así que su principal misión es acabar con él sin dejar que los sentimentalismos lo afecten.

El duelo contra Tomura se complica cuando este ataca a Eraser, pero Midoriya está dispuesto a darlo todo, a usar todo lo aprendido, por detener a su némesis.

Deku está repleto de ira al ver caer a Bakugo tras el ataque de Shigaraki, pero esto hace que su rival lo alcance por fin y se desate una batalla interior entre ambos y sus predecesores.
