Ο μαθητής Ιζούκου Μιντορίγια δεν έχει δική του Δύναμη, αλλά αυτό δεν του απαγορεύει να ονειρεύεται να γίνει ήρωας. Στο μεταξύ, απλά κάνει ηρωικές πράξεις.

Ο Ιζούκου γνωρίζει επιτέλους το είδωλό του, τον μεγάλο Ολ Μάιτ, αλλά ο Ολ Μάιτ είναι ένας πραγματικά γερασμένος άνδρας. Δεν είναι εύκολο να είσαι ήρωας.

Ο Ιζούκου δέχεται το δώρο του Ολ Μάιτ, τη Δύναμη που είναι γνωστή ως "Μία Για Όλους". Είναι τόσο ισχυρή όμως που πρέπει να εκπαιδευτεί κατάλληλα πριν τη χρησιμοποιήσει.

Ήρθε επιτέλους η ώρα των εξετάσεων του Ιζούκου για το διάσημο Λύκειο UA, αλλά είναι πολύ αγχωμένος επειδή φοβάται ότι ίσως δεν έχει αυτό που χρειάζεται.

Έχοντας περάσει τις εξετάσεις, ο Ιζούκου αντιμετωπίζει την πρώτη μέρα στο Λύκειο UA. Η συνάντηση με τους συμμαθητές και τους καθηγητές του αποδεικνύεται αγχωτική.

Ο Ιζούκου περνάει το αθλητικό τεστ του Αϊζάουα, αλλά καταλήγει τελευταίος στην τάξη, και ο πρώην φίλος του, ο Κατσούκι, τον απεχθάνεται. Ευτυχώς, κάνει νέους φίλους.

Οι μαθητές μασκαρεύονται για έναν διαγωνισμό, αλλά ο διαγωνισμός σύντομα επικεντρώνεται ανάμεσα στον Ιζούκου και τον Κατσούκι.

Το αποτέλεσμα του διαγωνισμού προκαλεί κρίση αυτοπεποίθησης στον Κατσούκι. Στο μεταξύ, μερικοί μαθητές δεν εντυπωσιάζονται με τις ικανότητες διδασκαλίας του Ολ Μάιτ.

Με το σχολείο να δέχεται επίθεση από μια ορδή Κακών που θέλουν να καταστρέψουν τον Ολ Μάιτ, ο Αϊζάουα, ο Ιζούκου και οι μαθητές πρέπει να υπερασπιστούν τον εαυτό τους.

Ο Ιζούκου και οι συμμαθητές του μάχονται απεγνωσμένα κατά των Κακών, αλλά ακόμα και μαζί με τον Αϊζάουα, ίσως να μην είναι αρκετά δυνατοί ενάντια στον Σιγκαράκι.

Ο Ολ Μάιτ φθάνει πάνω στην ώρα για να σώσει τον Αϊζάουα και τους μαθητές, αλλά πρέπει να νικήσει τον Σιγκαράκι και το Νοόμου πριν τελειώσει η δύναμή του.

Με τον Ολ Μάιτ εκτός δράσης και τον Ίντα ανήμπορο να βοηθήσει, ο Ιζούκου τα βάζει μόνος του με τον Σιγκαράκι σε μια απεγνωσμένη προσπάθεια να σώσει τους φίλους του.

Ενώ οι μαθητές σταδιακά βρίσκουν τον εαυτό τους, οι μεγάλοι ετήσιοι αγώνες τούς δίνουν την ευκαιρία να αποδείξουν τι αξίζουν.

Οι σχολικοί αγώνες πλησιάζουν. Είναι η ευκαιρία των μαθητών να τραβήξουν την προσοχή των επαγγελματιών και να εξασφαλίσουν μια καριέρα.

Το πρωτάθλημα ξεκινά υπέροχα με τον αγώνα μετ' εμποδίων. Ο Ιζούκου αυτοσχεδιάζει για να μπορέσει να περάσει χωρίς να χρησιμοποιήσει τη "Μία για όλους".

Η δεύτερη δοκιμασία είναι μια ομαδική μάχη, αλλά κανείς δεν θέλει τον Ιζούκου στην ομάδα του. Το νεαρό αγόρι είναι ολομόναχο και οργανώνει μια στρατηγική.

Ο Σότο δυσκολεύει τον Ιζούκου, ενώ ο Κατσούκι δέχεται τον χλευασμό ενός ανταγωνιστή και ο Κάτσαν γίνεται έξω φρενών.

Μετά τον επόμενο γύρο ερωτήσεων του Σότο, ο Ιζούκου αναρωτιέται γιατί ο Σόκο ενδιαφέρεται τόσο πολύ για εκείνον και γιατί θέλει απεγνωσμένα να τον νικήσει.

Στον τελευταίο γύρο του πρωταθλήματος, ο Ιζούκου θα αναμετρηθεί με τον μυστηριώδη Χιτόσι Σίνσο. Όμως, καθώς η μάχη ξεκινά, ο Ιζούκου παγώνει στο ρινγκ.

Οι μονομαχίες στον τελικό συνεχίζονται. Αν ο Τένια αντιμετωπίσει τη Μέι Χατσουμέ, όλοι οι υποψήφιοι είναι αποφασισμένοι να τους αναγκάσουν να μιλήσουν.

Η Οτσάκο ετοιμάζεται να τα βάλει με τον απαίσιο Κατσούκι. Όταν ο Ιζούκου προσφέρεται να τη βοηθήσει, εκείνη αποφασίζει να πάρει την κατάσταση στα χέρια της.

Ο Ιζούκου κι ο Σότο, που έχουν τους περισσότερους βαθμούς στο τουρνουά, ορμάνε στο ρινγκ για την πρώτη μονομαχία του δεύτερου γύρου. Η μάχη θα είναι επική!

Μετά τη μονομαχία Ιζούκου-Σότο, το Κορίτσι της Ανάρρωσης, που βοηθάει στη φροντίδα των τραυμάτων των υποψηφίων, ανησυχεί ότι ο Ιζούκου έχει υποστεί ανεπανόρθωτα πλήγματα.

Το μεγάλο φινάλε έφτασε. Οι δύο πρωταθλητές ετοιμάζονται να αναμετρηθούν στο ρινγκ, αποφασισμένοι να καταπλήξουν τους πάντες.

Έχοντας αφήσει πίσω το συναρπαστικό πρωτάθλημα, οι νεαροί μαθητές επιστρέφουν στο σχολείο και πρέπει να βρουν ένα κωδικό όνομα για τη μελλοντική επαγγελματική ζωή τους.

Η Τάξη Α πηγαίνει να κάνει πρακτική άσκηση με τους επαγγελματίες. Ο Ιζούκου καταλήγει στον παλιό δάσκαλο του Ολ Μάιτ, Γκραν Τορίνο, που του λέει μερικές σκληρές αλήθειες.

Εμπνευσμένος από έναν φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, ο Ιζούκου προπονείται σκληρά με τον Γκραν Τορίνο. Ο Ολ Μάιτ μαθαίνει για το Νοόμου ενώ ο Στέιν και ο Σιγκαράκι συνομιλούν.

Ο Γκραν Τορίνο παλεύει με τον Νοόμου ενώ ο Ιζούκου ψάχνει τον Ίντα. Τον βρίσκει να παλεύει με τον Στέιν, με τον οποίο o Ίντα διατηρεί προσωπική βεντέτα.

Ο Τοντορόκι μάχεται κατά του Στέιν στο πλευρό του Ίντα και του Ιζούκου, ο οποίος βρίσκει τη Δύναμη του Στέιν. Αν και μαζί, οι δυνάμεις των μαθητών δεν είναι αρκετές.

Ο Εντέβορ παίρνει τα εύσημα για τη φυλάκιση του Στέιν για να μην τιμωρηθούν οι μαθητές για τη χρήση των δυνάμεών τους. Στο μεταξύ, το βίντεο του Στέιν γίνεται viral.

Καθώς ο Ιζούκου αναρρώνει στο νοσοκομείο, οι συμμαθητές του συνεχίζουν την πρακτική τους. Ο Φρόπι, που δουλεύει στην Ακτοφυλακή, βοηθάει στην έρευνα ενός ναυαγού.

Οι πρακτικές μιας εβδομάδας τελειώνουν και οι μαθητές επιστρέφουν στο σχολείο. Ο Ολ Μάιτ λέει στον Ιζούκου την αλήθεια για τη Δύναμη "Μία Για Όλους".

Οι μαθητές προετοιμάζονται για τις τελικές εξετάσεις: τρεις μέρες γραπτών και μια μέρα πρακτικής. Αλλά η πρακτική εξέταση δεν είναι όπως συνήθως.

Για την πρακτική εξέταση, ανά δύο μαθητές πρέπει να αντιμετωπίσουν έναν καθηγητή. Ο Αϊζάουα διαισθάνεται τη χαμηλή αυτοπεποίθηση του Γιαογιορόζου.

Οι πρακτικές εξετάσεις συνεχίζονται με τον Ασίντο και τον Καμινάρι να μάχονται ενάντια στον Διευθυντή Νέζου, ενώ ο Πρέζεντ Μάικ τα βάζει με τον Τζίρο και τον Κόντα.

Για την τελική πρακτική εξέταση, ο Ιζούκου κι ο Μπακούγκο μάχονται ενάντια στον Ολ Μάιτ. Ο Ιζούκου θέλει να οργανώσουν σχέδιο, αλλά ο Μπακούγκο αρνείται να του μιλήσει.

Μετά τα αποτελέσματα των εξετάσεων, οι μαθητές του Λυκείου UA πηγαίνουν να αγοράσουν τα απαραίτητα για το καλοκαίρι. Εκεί, ο Ιζούκου συναντά απρόσμενα έναν Κακό.

Izuku tries to talk with Kota as the first-years start their training in earnest. Little do they know what awaits them in the forest.

The villains launch their attack, and only Izuku knows where Kota is. Can he get to him in time?

Izuku finally makes it back to the training camp only to leave again with a message for Mandalay to broadcast.

The students and teachers of U.A. are still fighting in the woods, but has the Vanguard Action Squad accomplished its mission already…?!

The battle at the training camp concludes, and now the students and teachers of U.A. have to deal with the aftermath.

Class 1-A works on developing their Quirks and creating ultimate moves to prepare for the provisional hero licensing exam.

Izuku and his classmates make some final adjustments to their ultimate moves and then head off to the provisional licensing exam.

The exam has begun, and everyone’s after Class 1-A! Can the first-years last long enough to pass this first test?

Todoroki’s on his own against Seijin High, and Yaoyorozu’s group is pitted against Seiai Academy as they and the rest of Class 1-A fight to pass the first test.

It’s down to the final minutes of the first test and almost half of Class 1-A has yet to earn a passing score!

The second test of the provisional licensing has begun, and the hero candidates are suddenly thrust into a rescue operation.

We take a break from the provisional licensing exam to visit a class held before the summer training camp!

The exam nears its end, but Izuku and the other hero candidates must fend off Gang Orca to finish the rescue mission.

While the U.A. students finish up the provisional licensing exam and get their results, All Might has a talk with All For One.

Gigantomachia and the rest of the Paranormal Liberation Front gain the upper hand at the Gunga Mountain Villa as the newly awakened Tomura Shigaraki finds a new objective; steal One for All from Izuku Midoriya.

After Izuku decides not to go back to U.A., he finds himself facing Muscular, who was broken out of jail, again and uses the Quirks of the past wielders against him.

The top three heroes continue to face criticism as they deal with jailbreakers and look for hints about All For One and Shigaraki's whereabouts, and Izuku comes across a villain from Tartarus.

During Izuku's fight with Lady Nagant, she tells him secrets about hero society that further solidify his resolve to help those who need his help.

As Izuku goes off alone in his quest for justice, his classmates realize something is wrong and try to find a way to help him.

As Deku tries to run away, Class A draws him back by recounting their memories with him and reminding him of his own words.

As the evacuees at U.A. voice their dissent, Ochaco speaks up to try and sway them. Onlookers with ties to Izuku try to figure out if it's time for them to speak out, too.

As Izuku tries to rest and recover back at U.A. with his classmates, All Might has an encounter with Stain that leads to new information about Shigaraki and All For One.
