I'm binge watching the old "Hunter" series. In a season 3 ep entitled "City Of Passion Part 2" Mr. Homn himself, Carel Struycken plays the creepy proprietor of an occult shop. His voice is as spooky as his appearance.

"Hunter (1984-1991)" was a great television show. I haven't watched it for ages.

Mr. Homn appeared in five episodes of "Star Trek: The Next Generation" and was mentioned in one:
• S1E10 "Haven".
• S2E19 "Manhunt".
• S3E24 "Ménage à Troi".
• S4E22 "Half a Life".
• S5E20 "Cost of Living".
• S7E07 "Dark Page" (only mentioned).
He was played by Dutch actor Carel Struycken, who is also known as Lurch from the movies "The Addams Family (1991) and "Addams Family Values (1993).
The actor also appeared in Star Trek: Voyager "The Thaw" (S2E23) as Spectre and in Babylon 5: "Soul Mates" (S2E7) as Trader.

Mr Homn the expert on the gong. Struycken is Dutch I have seen a Dutch documentary about him with several interviews in Dutch.
