CBS certainly loves black people, that much is for sure. They can't stop putting blacks in position of authority over whites it seems.

No, it called Code Black because is the name of the moment in the E.R. when more people go and get full the capacity with low resources. That hospital had code black almost every day, when the most hospitals have a few in a year.
