That's also why the ASIAN guy said "If you want something done right do it YOURSELF" (because he's really DOLORES who made other COPIES of herself so that she could be sure the JOB would be done right this time ... and someone like TEDDY wouldn't screw things up again ... like he did last season when he let the BAD GUYS go that she also ordered him to KILL for her).

So that's what's going on.

DOLORES has 4 COPIES of herself now (3 of them INSIDE of other BODIES that don't look like her).

And that other scene where she HUGS CHARLOTTE in bed (because CHARLOTTE kept CUTTING herself and saying that she didn't know who she was) was also actually DOLORES HUGGING the other copy of herself as she lay there in bed with the body that looks like CHARLOTTE.

The 5 TH PEARL that she SMUGGLES out was a COPY of BERN. So BERN is also busy trying to STOP DOLORES from doing what she does (along with the help of the SECURITY GUY STUBBS who BERN has also programmed to help him with his battle against DOLORES).

Apparently DOLORES also wants to TORMENT WILLIAM and make him think he's NOT REAL (which is why she tells him "WELCOME to the END of the GAME"). Because that way he also doesn't know if he's REAL or NOT, and will assume she said that to him because he's NOT REAL. He could try to OPEN UP his ARM again as a way to FIND OUT, but each time he does that someone else will probably also show up to STOP HIM from doing that (like CHARLOTTE/DOLORES did when he tried to CUT OPEN his arm in Ep. 4).

THE GAME is also a REFERENCE to the MAZE GAME that was used (BERN's SON had played with one of them), which was CREATED for the HOSTS so that they could ACHIEVE AWARENESS.

So saying WILLIAM was at the END of the GAME also implies that he's a HOST now.
