Ok just saw it, Jon Cryer as Lex is not intimidating just as I thought, but neither was Gene Hackman, whom he reminded me of when he yelled for Miss Teschmacher. Resurrecting Otis to complete the trio was a nice touch.

Thought he was terrible as Luther. Totally not convincing, and not menacing at all.

I'm not sure if Lex Luthor is a menacing figure like he is in the cartoons. This particular Lex was more of a scientist than a businessman, and to be honest, I would expect him to be a bald, somewhat skinny guy with some anger issues. Jon Cryer--in my opinion--did a better job than the Lex in the Justice League movie.
