Only the logo is in Japanese. There's a good chunk of English text below of it.

I usually don't reopen this kind of report, however, that is still the japanese logo as you can see in the japanese website: http://www.aoha-anime.com/
Sometimes with anime, the official japanese logo has a translation or a subtitle in english, however, it shouldn't be considered english as there is an official english logo without the japanese writing.
