Leonardo Watch, an ordinary aspiring reporter, moves to Hellsalem's Lot, a city created by the intersection of worlds where New York City once stood, and through a series of lucky coincidences, is recruited into the secret society named "Libra."

While Zapp makes Leo's daytime job delivering pizzas a living hell, they spot a dry cleaning van that is more than it appears to be. When Leo is kidnapped, the rest of the Libra team must work together to rescue him from his captors.

When the president is attacked by a man under the influence of a powerful synthetic drug called Angel Scale, Klaus and K.K. travel to the alterworld to challenge a Beyondian big wheel to a game of Prosfair in order to uncover the source of the drug.

Leo spots a person with a crimson wing-like aura, whom Klaus later determines to be one of the vampiric Blood Breeds. Soon after, the vampire expert "Lucky" Abrams arrives in town to use Leo's vision to learn more about the Blood Breed threat.

Aligura, the Queen of Monomania, is on the hunt to find her creation, Brody & Hummer, and her monster truck is tearing up anything that gets in her way! Meanwhile, Femt and the King of Despair make some secret plans of their own.

While out buying lunch for Zapp and himself, Leo befriends a mushroom-like Beyondian named Nej, who has a craving for hamburgers, but is unable to buy them from the segregated 42nd Street quarter where they are sold.

Chasing down a rescue request from Zapp, Klaus and Leo find themselves in an underground cage-fighting arena, with Klaus winding up in the ring. Black and Leo hit it off over lunch at the diner, and learn that they have much in common.

As Zapp's profligate lifestyle starts catching up with him, word comes in that a Blood Breed attack is coming to Hellsalem's Lot, but that someone outside of Libra is also involved. Black speaks to White about their relationship with Leo.

While a crowd looks on, an airplane attempting to fly into Hellsalem's Lot carries Jugei's junior pupil--and the top half of the Blood Breed Libra was fighting! The King of Despair continues setting his plan in motion. The Libra team gains a new member.

Zapp, Leo, and Zed embark upon a quest to find an agreeable restaurant at which to have lunch. Klaus, Starphase, and Abrams meet with the League of High Order Spirituals to confer about their concerns pertaining to the barrier surrounding the city.

A nervous Leo calls into a radio advice column show and reflects on his time spent in Hellsalem's Lot, his dealings with his co-workers, and his interactions with Black and White up to this point.

Growing up on their parents' ranch, White struggles with being the only member of her family without the gift of psychic abilities, while Black is reluctant to stick up for himself and develop his own powers to their fullest.

Special episode 11.5 that aired instead of episode 12, which was delayed due to exceeding the standard runtime.

Yuuma Uchida narrated the episode and reintroduced the characters. The episode also contained: interview with two main voice actors; interview with Taisei Iwasaki, music composer; interview with the band singing the ED and the full OP song.

The members of Libra gather to defend Leo as he rushes to reach the King of Despair in order to confront him, not only for Black and White's sake, but to save the city as well.

The episode, titled "Ousama no Restaurant no Ousama," will be released on June 3, 2016, with the Kekkai Sensen guide book titled Blood Blockade Battlefront Binge Bible. It adapts a story from the eighth volume of the manga.

Leo's day off turns hectic when he is tasked to escort the live head of the U.S. Presidential Envoy while avoiding waves of thugs after him.

Leo takes a seriously injured Zapp to a mysterious hospital that appeared out of thin air. Klaus and Stephen then tell Leo a story of what happened there during the cataclysm that created Hellsalem's Lot three years ago.

Refusing to use his special powers at his own benefit, Leo decides to take matters with his own hands to get back the money some thugs stole from him, while Zapp is forced to look for a friend's cat with his own nether parts in the line and Steven welcomes some guests with second intentions for a party at his house.

Chain and her fellow werewolves are tasked to a special mission, unaware that an old enemy of theirs is waiting for an ambush.

After Gilbert is seriously wounded, Philip Lenore, another butler is sent by the Reinherz family to assist him while he recuperates. When knowing that Philip fell in a trap and his brain is under some criminals' custody, Gilbert assembles a team to rescue him personally.

The members of Libra are locked out of their headquarters by bizarre insectoid monsters and must find a way back inside before a catastrophic event devastates the city.

The special headphones that allows Zed to breathe out of water is stolen by a sociopathic CEO of an arms dealing company forcing Leo, Zapp and Chain to steal it back. Meanwhile, Zed recounts the day he first met Raju Jugei Shizuyoshi.

Chaos ensues when Riel, one of Leonardo's friends is transformed into a giant, vicious monster by a microscopic terrorist.

Leo and his friends join forces in a combined effort to bring Riel back to normal before he destroys the city.

K.K.’s promise to her son that she’ll attend parent’s day at school get in the way when she has to go on a critical mission for Steven to take down a crime syndicate named Brigade Argento and their Blood Breed bodyguard. In order for her to handle both tasks, she gets Libra’s arms dealer Patrick to hook her up with some remote firepower.

Leonardo is shocked when his sister Michella reveals she’s getting married and that she’ll be coming to Hellsalem’s Lot alongside her fiancee. Upon hearing this, Libra assembles in full force to protect her during her visit on the belief that her eyes are linked to Leo’s. However, Leo is taken for a loop when he discovers the groom has a dangerous secret of his own; one directly connected to the All-Seeing Eyes of the Gods.

With his sister being held hostage, and no backup from Libra, Leo has no choice but to follow Dr. Gamimozu’s orders. Leo uses his intelligence and perseverance to distract Dr. Gamimozu until Libra arrives to save the day.

Zapp get confronted by two dangerous sisters on a double-date gone wrong. Chain enters a drinking competition to secure a bomb so that it doesn't fall into the wrong hands.
