The Snows nab a vintage 80-foot-long passenger train car from a nearby city. They can't wait to save this piece of history from the scrapyard by transforming it into a cozy home, but the challenge will be turning this empty shell into a one-bedroom, one-bath home while maintaining its original character.

When Donna and Toni score two houses from the same lot, they're ready to make some major profit, but after looking at the scope of work for both houses, they realize this might be a two-team job. Meanwhile, Donna and Toni get more than they bargained for when they find an unexpected critter living in their newly purchased ranch home. They evict the varmint and hope their stylish ranch remodel will attract better tenants.
