Discuss 90 Day Fiancé

Off to a flying start.

Wisconsin: He looks way over 40 to me. I'd guess 50 at least. His timelines don't add up, either, with his marriage, military service and post divorce. Really, he was thinking about going to Syria to fight ISIS grinning Anyway, I can't figure out why Miss Indonesia 8th runner up wants to come here. My working theory is that as a 29 year old divorcee with a child, she has limited marriage prospects at home. Drama with the stepdaughter ensues.

Colt and Larissa, another one with lots of drama potential. I think she is expecting him to be a pushover, but I got a sense that he has a back bone. She does seem like a big time diva with unrealistic expectations of life in America (seems to be the most common thread among the foreigners). Mother-in-law/ daughter-in-law drama ensues. And Colt, please, take those costumes off the cats.

Miss Fernanda has her man trained. She has a free apartment, schooling, and makeover courtesy of her besotted BF. I though he would be the creepy controlling type, but she seems to be in the drivers seat here.

Ashley, another delusional woman who thinks she can import a boytoy and expect him to be a stepfather. This one really is a boy, only 20? He is good looking and has a fun personality, but this is marriage we are talking about, not a vacation fling.

Yeah, I was scratching my head on that. He was married for years, he has two grown daughters. Yet, he's just 40. I know it's possible, but the way he looks... hell to the no!

Anyway, I can't figure out why Miss Indonesia 8th runner up wants to come here. My working theory is that as a 29 year old divorcee with a child, she has limited marriage prospects at home.

Hmm... I doubt it. If I were her, I would rather fight over slim pickings than to go for life with Mr. Wisconsin. Apparently, those two were already married before the show filmed them. I still don't get what she finds in him. I guess it has to be the green card, because she has money. Still, I don't think it adds up.

I can't wait for the drama!

Those are family cats; I don't think he can.

Well, good for her. She's all of 19, and she is giving up her youth for this dude.

Ashley, another delusional woman who thinks she can import a boytoy and expect him to be a stepfather. This one really is a boy, only 20? He is good looking and has a fun personality, but this is marriage we are talking about, not a vacation fling.

See, I can respect her if she said she just wanted a boy toy, and since it's the law.... she'll have to marry him. I can't stand all of this 'my kids need a daddy' stuff.

By the way, breaking news!

Luis got married just five months after his divorce was finalized.

I read the same thing. Details?

Oh, I don't begrudge a vacation fling or a boy toy. Agreed about the kids/daddy rationale. If what you want is hot sex with a young stud just own that.

Bam!

Pole and Karine won't be returning to the show, and it's because they were fired.

So says the internet chatter.

Why?

Paul broke one of TLC's rules about posting too much information on social media. Paul is claiming that they're leaving the show on their own to focus on their growing family.

Also, I heard that filming in Brazil was expensive, so they cut them loose.

We know how much Pole loves soshal meedia. Almost as much as Danielle does.

Pole is back in the US w/his police dogs he's training. He had some sort of problem in his travels, so he had to pay an Uber $700 to drive him/dogs home.

Saw that too. Pole is crazy AF.

My quick take:

WTF? Man, I was laughing my a@@ off when Somoan dude did his little dance at the airport. He's not ready for primetime, and I'm wondering what Kelani expects from him.

The Jamaican guy who brags about giving his blonde ho the D will probably end up giving her VD.

It's obvious Jonathan's homely friend and "wingman" is pissed he's got someone. Weren't Jonathan and this homely chick the only two out of the group that were not married? She definitely has a thing for him, and I can't wait till those two ladies meet one-on-one, esp considering Fernanda is "super jealous.

By the way, I lived a few years in NC, but I don't recognize that weird accent his female NC friends have.

I think he is sincere about the relationship. Agreed that she should watch her expectations. The airport performance was everything! The Jamaican guy who brags about giving his blonde ho the D will probably end up giving her VD.

😂😂😂

I think you are right about the friend. Fernanda is the only one of these fools that I like. Seems pretty mature for 19. Jonathon seems to think he is some kind of player. I doubt it.

Other observations:

Eric and Leida seem like a real mismatch. I don't get what each sees in the other. I can't stand either one. That jingoistic 'Mericaz better' thing is not my thing. I think she may have OCD based on the luggage loading panic. In any case, she is a raging B.

Colt and Larissa, I surprisingly have hope for them. I got the impression she was laughing as she was complaining about Vegas. Maybe that is scripted drama for the show. Colt has no game, but she may be just the woman to teach him a few things.

Wasn't she yelling, "Make it proper?" I figure she's used to ordering around servants, and that old fool is no better.

I'm reserving my verdict.

I saw anxiety in her reaction. I have OCD in my family and it looked familiar. Outsized fear when small issues arise. We shall see.

It's either that, being spoiled, or she's on the spectrum.

I still don't get Leila's motives. She got knocked up by a guy in Japan and now she's in the US living in squalor in her standards. Still, I didn't see her home that fabulous, but still . . .
