Под покровом ночи таинственный некто пробрался в королевскую сокровищницу и похитил бриллиант великолепия. Королева Грация поручает семи гномам провести расследование и узнать, кто же мог решиться на это кошмарное преступление. Результат оказался несколько неожиданным.

На вручении золотого ведра Королеве Грации Скромник случайно сбрасывает ее со сцены, успев поймать только ее туфлю. На повторное вручение Скромник не идет, боясь все испортить еще раз, и прячется в красном белье. Через некоторое время это белье замечает бык, выпущенный Скромником во время первого инцидента. Бык бежит на Скромника, но тот успевает выбраться из белья, завязавшегося ему на шее и сесть на быка. Ветками Скромнику срезает половину колпака, и так получился Большой Скром, спасший королеву от Xмуров.

В надежде похитить королевский рубин из шахты гномов, Хмуры притворяются турагентами, и вручают гномам путёвку. И те уходят, оставив Соню, который крепко спал, одного. И он, будучи в сонном состоянии, всячески препятствует планам злодеев. И затем по бою часов Соня просыпается. Подумав, что он опаздывает на работу он бежит к тайному входу в шахту, который оставляет открытым, а Хмуры, воспользовавшись моментом осуществляют задуманное. В заключении Соне всё же удаётся отбить у них похищенный рубин.

Goldilocks is chased by three bears and seeks refuge in the 7D's cottage.

The 7D return from the Enchanted Sea with the Pearl of Wisdom (a pearl which can grant anyone wisdom) within a crystal oyster which they give to Queen Delightful. In order to answer the riddle for a witch's contest, Hildy and Grim plan to steal the Peal of Wisdom from Queen Delightful's Knick Knack Room.

Hildy gets a ring that lets her transform into any animal and Grim takes her to the carnival to celebrate, where Hildy changes into a mouse and loses the ring inside a fish the queen wins in a game. Meanwhile, the fish keeps growing and growing in size.

Queen Delightful has Doc invent a Thingy so that her upcoming announcement can be heard even in the next kingdom over. While Doc tries to find someplace quiet to concentrate on the plans for the Thingy which leads to him working on the plans in the Tranquil Desert, the other 7D turn to Lord Starchbottom to teach them how to be quiet. When Doc's Thingy is finally created, Queen Delightful's invention impresses the ruler of the next kingdom over to have a Thingy made to respond to Queen Delightful's announcements.
